I'm thinking the scratches might be from a cat as there used to be this cat near my old house in Leytonstone, I was very close to it but unfortunately one day it died.

I'm pretty sure before I was home alone and then I heard something coming down the stairs, I know the walls between my house and my neighbours is thin, but it sounded like it was coming from my stairs, not from behind the walls or anything

Other than that most of the noises I hear are probably pigeons in my attic that from what i know we haven't opened since we moved in like a year ago

I had pigeons start nesting on the balcony of my old apartment in chingford

We never use it only for storage and like the washing room but it just gives off creepy ahh vibes, I'd rather be in my park at midnight (I've walked through it in winter at like 5 before so it's pitch black, actually quite nice)

Yeah, sometimes I think what is real and what is not out there though. Sometimes it's so hard to distinguish that I'm attempted to see if it's actually true myself, but at the same time I know if I play with something that is actually true, it probably won't be happy with me 🤣
